§ 7-6. Effect of preliminary plat approval.

Approval of the preliminary plat by the planning and zoning commission shall be authorization for the subdivider to proceed, under supervision of the city engineer, with preparation of construction drawings, layout of streets, installation of improvements and staking of lots.
