§ 26-227. Compliance.

The owner of any residence or the person to whom a permit is issued for the purpose of having a garage sale under this article who shall fail to comply with any part of the permit shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not exceeding $200.00 or imprisoned not more than 30 days for each offense.
