§ 34-31. Management and control.

Subject to the supervision and review of the city council and with the advice of the cemetery committee of the city council, the city manager shall have the entire care, management and control of all cemeteries which are owned by the city and shall superintend and direct the improvement and embellishment of the walks, avenues and grounds in such cemeteries and shall provide for the protection of all property, public and private, therein and for the maintenance of order therein.
