§ 38-10. Persons entitled to vote in city elections.

  • Every citizen of this state and of the United States:

    (1)

    Of the age of 18 years and upwards;

    (2)

    Having all the qualifications mentioned in S.C. Code 1976, § 7-5-120;

    (3)

    Who has resided within the corporate limits of the city for 30 days previous to any city election; and

    (4)

    Who has been registered for county, state and national elections as required under state law;

    shall be entitled to vote at all city elections.
