§ 46-37. Designation; composition; supervision.

The fire department of the city shall be designated and known as the Anderson Fire Department and shall be composed of such companies and such members as the city council may authorize. The fire department shall be under the general supervision, management and control of the city manager, who shall appoint all officers and members thereof.
