§ 46-67. Record book.

  • The chief of the fire department shall keep an accurate account of the condition of the fire department, its needs, a statement of all fires and alarms, their origin or supposed origin, the estimated loss and damage at such fires, the names of the officers and members of the department actually present at each fire and any other information he may consider desirable or that may be required of him by the city manager.
