§ 62-188. Use of vehicles and animals without consent of owner.

Whoever shall knowingly or willfully take or use any horse, mare, mule or vehicle of any kind, including motor vehicles, without the consent of the owner thereof, but without the intent to steal the animal or vehicle, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
