§ 82-125. Parking vehicles with inflammables or explosives.

Except for the time required for delivering to proper and approved receptacles, it shall be unlawful to park trucks, transports or trailers, whether empty or laden, used for the purpose of transporting or conveying highly inflammable or explosive commodities during nighttime hours or unattended during day hours in the city except at bulk plants and terminals or other such safe places as may be approved by the city fire marshal and provided for in the fire prevention code of the city.
