§ 82-127. Fines for parking violations.

  • (a)

    The council may establish, from time to time, such fines for the violation of parking ordinances as they deem necessary.

    (b)

    Chalk marks shall be placed on tires of vehicles in order to determine if violations have occurred. Every person that is found eliminating a chalk mark from a tire or performing other acts to intentionally violate parking regulations shall be punished by a fine of $100.00.
