The satisfactory installation of the improvements required herein or the posting of a bond securing the improvements shall be a prerequisite to approval of a final plat by the planning and zoning commission. Prior to starting construction of any proposed improvements for a subdivision, construction plans and specifications shall be prepared by an engineer and approved by the city engineer. |
