§ 10-3. Drinking in public.

Except as provided herein, it shall be unlawful for any person to drink or to have in his possession or under his control in an open container any spirituous, malt, vinous, fermented, brewed or other type of beverage which contains alcohol, and is used as a beverage, on any street, highway, park or public place not lawfully licensed to sell such beverages.
