§ 2-66. Regular meetings.

The city council shall meet regularly twice in each month for the transaction of business. Unless and until otherwise ordered by motion duly made and adopted, the regular meetings shall be held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month; provided, however, that at the written request of any four councilmembers, or if in his judgment the interest of the public require it, the mayor may postpone or continue a regular meeting to another day certain.
