§ 62-213. Indecent exposure.

  • Any person who shall be guilty of wilful and malicious indecent exposure of his person in any public place, on property of others or to the view of any person on any street or highway shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, shall be punished by fine or imprisonment or both, in the discretion of the court. This section does not apply to a woman that breastfeeds her own child in a public place, on property of others, to the view of any person on a street or highway or any other place where a woman and her child are authorized to be.
