It shall be unlawful for any person to exhibit or perform or permit to be exhibited
or performed in any theatre, hall, moving picture show, house or other public place
any indecent, immoral or lewd play, representation or dance or to sing or permit to
be sung any indecent, vulgar or lewd song or to introduce any coarse jokes, suggestive
remarks or gestures or any other thing of any nature which tends to shock or debauch
the morals of a decent community.
